Products purchased online may be returned to the store or shipped back at the customers expense to Fox Valley Birkenstock / Vagabond Shoes

Footwear and accessories may be returned at no charge, in original purchase condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please note this on the paperwork and return with package. We will re-ship the new item when the original item is received. Or you may place a new order to ship at once, and we will credit you when the first order is returned.
Shipping Policies
US Shipping Policy
Free Ground Shipping on orders $75 and over. Orders under $75 will be charged $5 for ground shipping or $10 for priority. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged based on the amount of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
